Café miel

A café miel has a shot of espresso, steamed milk, cinnamon, and honey. The name comes from the French word for honey, miel.

Ingredients:

Servings: 1

  • 4tablespoon honey
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup espresso coffee, hot
  • 3/4 cup steamed milk
  • Dash nutmeg or allspice
  • Dash vanilla

1 shot of espresso = 1/8 cup extremely strong  coffee

Directions:

Heat ingredients in a saucepan, but do not boil.
Stir well to combine.
